Return Policy

Regular In-Stock Items

For regular in-stock items, our online store gladly accepts returns for refund within 14 days of the delivery date and returns for store credit of within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

A Final Sale Item would be a Custom design that we work on together. You are part of the entire process, start to finish and only on your approval will we make the final design. 

More items that are Final Sale include, Personalized or engraved items and Items marked "Final Sale" 

 

 

How To Make A Return:

Please email jilllynnco@gmail.com and title your email “Return”.  

In the email please list the item you would like to return and reason for return. We will email you back within 24 hours and let you know how to proceed with the return.

-The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the individual. Jill Lynn & Co is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage during transport. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and insured for their full value, as any returned items that are not received by Jill Lynn & Co will not be issued a refund or store credit.

 

-Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Jill Lynn & Co.  When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request form.

 

Store Credit:

Once a return has been delivered to us and accepted, online store credit will be issued via email in the form of a personalized discount code or can use in person while shopping at a JL trunk show This discount code should be kept confidential and can only be used once.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like a different size, color, or alternative item, please contact us and title your email “Exchange”  Let us know what you would like to purchase, create etc. email jilllynnco@gmail.com
